Worst experience ever, never recommending this hotel to anyone. Instead shut this immediately and fire that receptionist, rooms not cleaned water unavailable bedsheets stains

Room was not as they were shown in pics very bad condition toilet was worst not recommended to anybody

They had no information of booking. But provided a room with used sheet cover etc, pathetic room

The room had very dirty walls, bedsheet, smelled pungent. All the rooms were same and shady. No hygiene maintained.

I didn't even spend 15 minutes in the hotel, when i saw the room and the environment i came out from the hotel. Room was disgusting like hell, and door was broken, even washrooms bedshits everything was super mess. Even the manager itself told me this hotel is not for you.

The room smells high, the sheets are not cleaned, blanket also was not cleaned and washed, smells badly

Room was in pathetic condition full of ceilings in walls, tv was not working, no soaps, no drinking water, no slippers for washroom.

You can keep your money with you and I will consider it as a donation. hotels which are in bad condition with dirty bedsheets and dirty walls. I sat for two hours at reception to get my room changed but nothing happened they shifted me to another room where the condition was more worst than the first room. This type of condition of the rooms at Oyo townhouse of Gurgaon. never return the money they just earn the money

No cleanliness, no hygiene, no staff, locks not working, bathroom doors not closing, taps broken and what not. Horrible experience

As per my booking breakfast and lunch was included but they denied to offer that service. They told me that take to your booking portal (mmt. I need to pay extra for lunch. Check this. What about this issue?

Check in denied by hotel, already full payment done but manager was asking for rs 1000 more for a room.
