Good Stay
Our stay was good overall. We really appreciated the early check-in and the spacious room. The room had all the basic amenities, including a fridge, and daily room service was done properly. For a couple of days, we had to request an extra towel as only one was provided, but it was managed quickly. The hotel felt safe and secure — guest IDs were properly checked. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I had a great time at this property. The location is convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions, making it perfect for exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with anything I needed. While the amenities are decent, they could be updated for a more modern feel, but they were functional and comfortable. The food served was tasty, with a variety of options available. Hidden gem & underdog of phase 3
Location is perfect for Sikanderpur, Guru Dronacharya, MG Road, cyber hub, iffco chawk offices. Food is good, didn't try much of it. Few plus points- There is a mini fridge in the room, daily 1 bottle water replenishment and towel replenishment (without even asking), tata sky has maximum channels working, quiet ambience inside and lot of good dhabas at stone's throw away distance. Biggest plus point (in my case)- Proper Basement parking! Improvements required- I think high time to replace the linen. It is clean, but wear and tear is quiet visible. Need to seriously change the liquid bath soap (it has a weird lemony smell)

Terrible Stay
the receptionst at front desk, Mr. Divakar failed to explain the charges for my breakfast due to which he demanded I pay extra. On top of that I had left my towel by mistake and when I came back to check about it, he said that it was thrown in the garbage bin rather than lost and found. I had a very bad experience overall.

Poor Stay
Room was not adequate, the AC was leaking water, half of the lights were not working in the room, water geyser was not working, and overall hygiene for the room was not taken care of.

Terrible Stay
A/c was not working. The staff was very rude and uneducated. A/c, Fridge appliances were not working properly also smell in the room i complaint this but they neglect.

Poor Stay
This is avg stay, room smells while entering, cockroaches near bed.. than they changed room, not a pleasure experience, bathroom water heater had issue,on tap if water heater switch is on. Not safe! Better to avoid going forward.

Poor Stay
The hotel is located in a prime area, but the surroundings outside are very dirty. The lift had an unpleasant odor. Although the hotel was mostly empty, we were assigned the very last room on the top floor. Cockroaches were roaming around the room. The blanket and bedsheet were dirty and covered in lint. When we requested a room change, they refused. After insisting on changing the bedsheet and blanket, they finally did so—an hour later. The staff member who came to replace them seemed unfamiliar with the process, and we had to assist him. This isn’t really a hotel—it feels more like a single-room RHK converted into one.

Average Stay
The amenities like AC and Fan are not working in all the rooms. They should have made sure the appliances were working fine before the customer checked in. Also, the night staff was reluctant to help in moving the luggage. I had two big bags and 4 small ones. He left the luggage at the lift door. I had to drag my luggage from the lift to the room.

Worst Entry to Hotel.
I had a terrible experience when we checked-in to the hotel. I had to see what I don't like. For your reference I'm attaching a pic for you. The housekeeping staff stole our money and dress when we handed keys over to them for cleaning. When asked for CCTV they said the owner only has access and they do not have access, the owner will never appear in the hotel. There is no smart TV, there is only Tatasky subscription but the remote will not be available. We do not get signals for mobile inside the room. If you want to have a clean room, I ask you to not prefer this hotel. I don't think that bedsheets and towels will be washed, they just replace one bedsheet into another room. I could smell a different odour of the sheets. I have my own towel with me
