Great Experience – Just a Few Recommendations
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I would prefer a room with a balcony view next time. Additionally, it would be great if the air conditioning could be improved. The staff was very cooperative and helpful throughout my stay.

Stinking rooms, AC not working. Stained bed sheet. It could not be more worse. I request to rethink before booking.

Room are good, smell good, staff are nice.. couple friendly rooms, rooms are neat & clean. hotel near by phase 2 rapid metro and on the road

Cancel-led my booking after i reached the hotel.
businessI went to the hotel and they told me that i dont have a room. And they asked me to speak to mm t customer care. They claimed to have issue with one of their rooms, but they could have informed me earlier and not waited until last minute until i reached the hotel. I only had to call mm t and sorted it out myself. (little help from the hotel again. Terrible experience. Hope they sort out their issues soon. And hope it is one-off incident.

Average Stay
Location was good, but hygiene level needs help. Place of buffet breakfast had rodents near by and i informed boy at reception as well. Bed sheet was not clean, it seemed it was not changed after the prior person checked out

Good Stay
The staff were responsive, very helpful. The rooms are good. The food was excellent. Even if there were a few challenges, the staff were ready to help, very good behaviour, will definitely visit again.
