I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Hotel MA32, which was booked through your platform. My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and well below the standards expected, severely affecting my trip.
During my stay at Hotel MA32, I encountered the following serious issues:
• Room door not locking, causing major security concerns throughout the duration of my stay.
• Presence of a cockroach in the bed, which is completely unacceptable and reflects very poor hygiene standards.
• No water in the washroom, making it impossible to maintain basic personal hygiene.
• Very disgusting service, as none of the above concerns were addressed by the hotel staff despite repeated complaints.
• No hotel hospitality provided, with no attempt by staff to make guests comfortable or resolve issues.
• Rude behavior by staff, making the environment hostile and unpleasant.
I raised these concerns with the hotel management during my stay, but unfortunately, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. This lack of basic amenities and poor service not only caused significant discomfort but also ruined my overall travel experience.
In light of the above, I request that MakeMyTrip urgently investigates this matter and arranges for a suitable resolution, including a refund or compensation for the distress caused. Please escalate this complaint to the concerned department, and respond within 14 days with the actions you intend to take.
I have retained all booking details, receipts, and photographs as evidence, and am prepared to pursue the matter through regulatory and consumer complaint channels if a satisfactory response is not received.
