My stay at chennai pallikkaranai in Iris comfort inn was excellent. First thing i liked is the call from reception early morning when i reach chennai by bus from kerala. It was really helpful and they are professionals in customer handling. Reception, check in, room service all were good. I recommend this property for business travellers who' s work near velachery and pallikkaranai.

One of the best hotel in this affordable price

Although the room was nice and clean the AC DID NOT WORK. Stayed for about 9 hours but could not sleep without the AC in April. Only 1 staff member was present in the night and he could not fix it. They could not give me another room either. NOT WORTH IT.

The place is nice and clean. Staff, especially the manager and the caretaker are friendly and caring. The only issue is it is far from town and nearest shop is some 3 km away

I stayed very short trip just 2 nights only. But i noticed its clean and neat environment, room is very big, and very helpful and friendly front desk peoples, overall i say its excellent, if there is a chance to stay will come again. Thanks from joseph

Overall it was a comfortable stay. This is my preferred place to stay when i am in chennai. Mr esakki does a good job of managing the property clean. It's a home away from home. When required, mr kakkan provided delicious food at a reasonable cost. Mr. Pushparaj always willing to clean the room whenever requested. Thanks!

Stay was good. Staff’s hospitality is extremely fine. No issues. Being a senior most citizen found the lift is not working & the room was allotted to me in first floor was a difficult one. Bright lights in room & in bathroom will be good. All connectivity from the home stay also ok.

It is a peaceful property. In fact we booked it for our wedding guest. They are happy with the hospitality and the facilities of this property. Kindly maintain the same.

Rooms are very very small and doesnt worth for the price. Surprisingly they dont give even bottled water you need to buy it no complementary. In makemytrip location shows it as nearby buy to kamakshi hospital but it is not nearby. It very remote inside pallikarnai. No car parking and outside parking is not guaranteed whether you will get space. Rooms are conjusted and windows cant open and nothing visible from outside. It is like a prison. Building is bigger and maintaining neatly. Overall experience is very bad. You need to walk more than 1km for restaurants.
