The only good thing was location. No toiletries were available. Geyser was not working. The bathroom taps were all rusted. It required a lot of maintenance. The caretaker was helpful though.

The address of this property is not correct in comparison with actual address. I was searching this property in late night. For a moment i felt i won't be able to find out this property and i've to book new property for my stay.

The host was warm and inviting. You can ask for morning tea as extras. Breakfast is a standard south indian meal in a plastic pre packed tray everyday.

Talking about kingsland hospitality is not a hotel. Basically the person modified the home and converted it into hotel rooms. But the rooms are neat and clean. The location of the property is in a residential area.

comfortable homestay

we stayed at the place for a night and it was amazing all the rooms were well maintained, there was dining space and kitchen available too . both the care take and the owner were very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend people this place.

The guests had checked in at 11. 30 pm and they had been very close to the property and they could not identify the signboard fixed in the property inspite of giving so many directions. They were repeatedly calling me in the night and i had sent my room boy to receive them.
