familyThe owner of the property stays in one of the 3bhk apartment, the locality is very good and easy to access to multiple important junctions in chennai city, also his experience in hotel business helping him like not disturbing you and other ethics, the only negative point is like my family complaint about passive smoking when your inside this apartment, as the owner smokes a lot, and it's homestay and hotel so lot of household things which is not welcome for all guests

Room in decent localit

It was a nice stay. Neat and clean room in a decent locality. Owner mr naresh was welcoming and tried to make our stay as much as possible to be comfortable one. Breakfast was also good and healthy(as per my health condition. Overall it was a nice and cozy experience

Decent place to stay in city centre

It was a pleasant stay during my recent official visit to chennai, the best part was the location, as a result i was able to spend more time at office and complete my work. Mr. Naresh is quite helpful and jovial person, the breakfast was decent especially the cheese toast with egg etc etc.

Finding the property was simple, thanks to clear directions, and accessibility was seamless. The caretaker was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, accommodating all of our requests with a smile. Their hospitality truly made the stay memorable. Without a doubt, this will be my first choice for accommodation whenever i return to chennai. Highly recommended!

Location is very good. Owner mr. Lalwani is very co-operative. I felt it is my home. Good restaurants are near by. Overall it is a evellent stay. Whenever i visit chennai next time, i prefer to stay here only.

Thank you for your review. As per owner staying in same flat itโs clearly mentioned in offer itโs a home stay. We didnโt offer full apartment. That would fall under service apartments category. Regarding key locks had explained to you the reasons but you could latch lock your rooms. Food I donโt offer lunch dinner. So didnโt miss much ๐However you have a good day ahead โบ๏ธ๐

businessMr. Nareshโs homestay was just perfect. He was very welcoming, his house was super clean and well-maintained. Especially the bathroom and bed linens were spotless. In the morning we were even served breakfast. The homestay location was super great as everything was super close by.

Very comfortable stay

coupleThe apartment is centrally located and was ideal for my short visit. The owner stays in the apartment and was fully involved in ensuring that we had a comfortable visit. He went out of the way to accommodate our request for early check-in because we reached chennai early in the day and also facilitated a late departure so that we didnt have rush and close our visit.
