Not at all what we see on the picture, Cant even say as a business hotel. When I asked for iron box..they asked me to go to upstairs and do it by myself in a dirty area where they put all those damaged beds and all Worst experience I had. They didn't even provide an iron box to the room..they asked me to go upstairs in a dirty area and do it by myself. The breakfast they provided was so worst

Whatever mention online while booking the hotel

The firstday food is too bad.second day is ok.Even for the water bottles we have to waite up to room cleaning service is done that day or at either or evening 5 pm.The staff at desk is trying to give unattached replys may be it is their limitations

They made me wait more than an hour in lobby for their mismanagment, towels are worst, breakfast was lillke ordered from road side vendor.. pathetic experience, will never book this hotel again

Hotel is in good location, nice and clean room. Good service, there is a garden just in front of the hotel and good for morning walk. Also A2B Veg restaurant is walkable

This property is nice. The employees are nice and friendly, Room is neat and clean, especially the rest room is very clean and smells good. I vacated the room in the early morning 4.00 AM but no delay in the reception every thing is ready at that time and I was good to go. I will say excellent 👌 👍 👏

Pathetic service by team no one resolve the issue poor service

The hotel is average in all aspects. Rooms are clean but basic, staff is polite but service is slow. Suitable for a short stay, but don’t expect anything exceptional. So Not a very good or very bad experience. But this is for executive triple delux room.

Food from out side . Hot kitchen. Bathroom not good . No plates . TV not worked properly. I book this through my friend.

The stay was pleasant. The staff were cooperative and since our train got late, we checked in late at night. We were glad that the room was ready. Food is not available at the hotels at all hours, they do have a tie-up with a restaurant that can give food if ordered at conservative timings. But there was no problem regarding food as outside food was allowed. The location of the hotel was nice.

Not good very worst infrastructure and nobody is available for room service morning breakfast also not good Hotel is very worst and the infra is very bad no staffs available during check-in and the food provided on morning is not good entirely this is waste of money

Their is no in house kitchen option in this property which is the pain point. The rooms are also very small

The AC was not functioning properly. The pipe was broken & didn't have a good experience.

This is a refurbished old, cheap hotel. Certainly not a Business Class Hotel. Rooms are very small, TV doesn't work, Water Kettle absent & provided only when complained aggressively.

It was a great experience and they made me feel at home . The staff is really friendly and they are always available to help during any time of the day

Property's location is approachable, amenities and services are excellent. Food services have not been availed.
