Hotel O Metro View

- no AC even though the listing says AC rooms - check-in happened more than an hour late - very bad smell in the room - no hot water - power sockets were very loose

I have not stayed here. But I booked and after seeing hotel I have complained to cancel and refund booking. Very worst Dirt hotel, bad smell.

The room did not have geyser or any other hot water facility. No towel or soap were provided. How can i take the images of the things which were not provided

Bathroom door was broken, there was water leakage in the room, the room was without ac,

The hotel is congested and there is no lift and the steps and rooms are not neat and overall experience is average and no hot water was given

The Oyo had no AC, although it was mentioned the will be AC. And it was not like the AC was broken, their was no AC machine in his rooms. The guy had 0 facilities. No cutlery No geyser As it was so hot due to no AC we had to keep d door open for airflow

My stay at OYO Hotel Metro View in Pune was extremely disappointing. Despite paying the full amount, I was unexpectedly asked for an additional 250 rupees upon arrival. The room itself was far from satisfactory; it was unclean, lacked basic amenities like towels, and had no hot water. Moreover, the window lock was broken, compromising safety. Overall, my experience was below expectations and I wouldn't recommend this hotel

the receptionist ask 200 more in cash saying. Pay in cash or u won't be allow to stay in the property
