Hello, I stayed there for 6 nights, Firstly they didn’t provide saving kit , there was no housekeeping for any clean or ask for, After couple of days I requested for towel and mat which was given .

The staff is really good but the owner !!! He is just a rude arrogant man! I stayed here for 2 days and a few days later i stayed here again on 8th april. My stay was of hardly few hours and the staff member was present at the reception, so I requested him to talk to the owner and see if he can discount it as i am a single person. The owner rudely denied the staff and behaved as if he owns them. I could literally see sad expression in the poor guy’s eyes.

It is very bad hotel with rooms are not good it was fully covered with smoking smell . The property is located near the bar .So it was a problem for me . The hotel which I was stayed is very worst property

Starting from entering the room it had a very bad smell when i informed about it to the hotel staff they spray room freshener. There were no milk power pouch and even bathing towel. When i told them they said it is not available right now all towel went for laundry and gave it at evening. On the very next day breakfast timings was from 8 to 10 am but they didn't provide it at 9 am the taste of the food was pathetic. I booked the hotel for 2 days but on the next day when i told them for room cleaning they told me ok we will do it but nobody came to clean the room. They didn't give any tea cofee or sugar pouch on the next day.

Simple, budget, prime location and clean hotel

Its in a prime location, accessible from mg road and very close to hyatt and taj mg road. Bus and metro stops are nearby. Property is small but maintained well. Staff are courteous and helpful for local information. Breakfast served was simple but tasty. Good for budget travel and solo travelers

The stay was comfortable. The room provided was with nice ambience and with two balconies. Though in room infrastructure could be improved. The bfast provided, needed more items in the menu.

familyI recently stayed in this hotel for a couple of days. I had checked in at 1. 00am we had booked for 4 adults and 6 of us had to go due to family emergency. Without any argument the receptionist agreed to accommodate 2 more adults in the same room. We had booked 2 rooms. Even our check out time was considerate based on the suitation. Our stay was peaceful and pleasant. I would strongly recommend

Location is bad as the hotel entrance is next to bar and hence not good for a family to stay at that hotel. Next to impossible to leave hotel past 6pm with drunkards loitering around. Also the booking done with treebo consultants but the actual hotel manager is completely unaware or was not informed about our additional requests for which payment was also done. Rooms were clean and hygiene. Breakfast was mediocre as they get 2 varieties from some outside restaurant. Overall not a worth stay for family with kids.
