Rooms were average compared to the price I paid. Water was chargeable after 2 bottles, if you are taking 2k per day why can't I have water for all days. No follow for refilling milk powder etc, until asked. Breakfast was okish, not so great.

Refills like milk powder are given on request as per policy, our staff do not enter rooms without guest permission. Breakfast is served as per the fixed menu, and the rooms are maintained as shown in listings. Thank you for staying with us.

Firstly, there was no room available in the K11 Golden Gate so they gave us room in another hotel that was average where we weren't getting complimentary breakfast or even coffee even after opting for it in our booking. Rooms were average and too stringent about early checkin even for 25-30 mins and would ask us to pay extra

Also, due to an unexpected maintenance issue at K11 Golden Gate, we had to arrange your stay at our nearby branch. We understand this may not have matched your expectations, and we truly regret the inconvenience caused.
