Newly built hotel, neat and clean , toiletries and tea kit adequately provided , bed sheet ,towel clean , in the prime location near to RA puram . Shankara Netralaya very near.

"Despite being a small hotel, the K 11 Golden gate Hotel truly impressed me! The room was cozy and well-appointed, with a great AC and reliable WiFi. The bed was super comfortable, giving it a 5-star hotel feel. The cleanliness was also superb, which is a testament to the hotel's attention to detail. Overall, I'd highly recommend the K 11 Golden gate Hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay." Highly recommend

Average Stay
Rooms were average compared to the price I paid. Water was chargeable after 2 bottles, if you are taking 2k per day why can't I have water for all days. No follow for refilling milk powder etc, until asked. Breakfast was okish, not so great.

Dear Mr. SaiNikhil, Thank you for your feedback. Water bottles were provided complimentary whenever requested by you, and we haven’t charged for any. You may upload the bill if you find otherwise. Refills like milk powder are given on request as per policy, our staff do not enter rooms without guest permission. Breakfast is served as per the fixed menu, and the rooms are maintained as shown in listings. Thank you for staying with us.
Poor Stay
Firstly, there was no room available in the K11 Golden Gate so they gave us room in another hotel that was average where we weren't getting complimentary breakfast or even coffee even after opting for it in our booking. Rooms were average and too stringent about early checkin even for 25-30 mins and would ask us to pay extra

You arrived at 10:45 AM, which is over an hour early, not 25–30 minutes as mentioned by you. In such cases, early check-in charges are applicable and were informed accordingly. Also, due to an unexpected maintenance issue at K11 Golden Gate, we had to arrange your stay at our nearby branch. We understand this may not have matched your expectations, and we truly regret the inconvenience caused. We request you to kindly avoid spreading incorrect information, as we maintain complete transparency with all our guests. Thank you for your understanding.

Breakfast is worst Sambar, Idly which has served was completely smelling like anything ... Drainage water is not going out from bathroom

Excellent Stay
stayed at the Grand Central Hotel for two nights during a business trip. The check-in was efficient, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was modern, clean, and spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed and a great city view. Housekeeping was prompt and maintained the room well throughout my stay. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for me. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped with basic toiletries
