OYO rooms are the worst

Good stay

Being a solo traveller the stay was good with an affordable price. The rooms were clean. The restaurant was good. I will certainly be staying here again.

Terrible Stay

I don't need any discount. But i am ready for feedback. When i reached sudha inn they refused to give a room, said all rooms are full. They refused to accept my reservation and asked me to contact makemy trip. Finally after lots of arguments they gave me room. Horrible experience. It was the same with many people. They were also denied rooms. I reached sudha inn about 10. 30. Pm. If i i had not been given a room i would have been in real trouble. Where would i go at late night for accommodation

I had booked sudha inn in 28-4-22 in Chennai by paying in full for 1 ac room with breakfast. I even called the hotel reception to confirm my booking the same day. I arrived by train to Chennai egmore station and hailed a cab to reach the hotel by 11 pm. On reaching the hotel i received a rude shock when the attendant at the reception denied me a room despite myself showing him the booking details. I had to request and quarrel with him for almost 30 min since i was accompanied by my wife and daughter. After a long time and reluctance he offered me a 3rd or 4th rated room where no water, towels, blankets, toiletries were given, to my shock myself and my family had to carry our luggage on our own.
