Review Of Cosmo Grande

I booked a room for three persons but when I get the room there is very less space only one double bed & one single bed. no spaces there in the room and not clean also.

for online bookings, they don't give anything. only one water bottle. what they look forward is customers bookings directly with them. location is in a gully. inside hotel pathways, great attention needs to be given. they don't have a restaurant inside. if you want morning early in the morning, only you have to prepare yourself. I wouldn't prefer to stay again here.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the smooth check-in/check-out process and the excellent room service. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the location was convenient for everything I needed. Location is good. Hotel needs improvise house keeping. Linen needs to be changed. New property but must focus on cleanliness

Hotel cos-mo grande has luxurious, clean room and bathroom ( likely new property), nicely functioning ac, tv. Manager, mr. Syed is very helpful. When swiggy dinner order was missed by rider, he sent his assistant in the late night and provided the tasty food. Allowed early check in for reasonable price and also organised vehicles for local trip at reasonable price. Staff also humble. Hotel is near to the local railway station. I have had very good experience and suggest 100 percent undoubtedly.

The hotel rooms are so small. So i have to choose the triple bed room for 2adults + 1 kid to get some extra space. And may he toilets could have been even more neat.

Not so good hotel, room size is too small. I have get only 3 beds when i booked for 4 people. Overall not happy with service

New one. One electric switch is not properly fixed. Just hanging!

Avoid this during monsoons. Water logging even with a drizzle. Bed linen not changed even once during the 5 day stay washroom not cleaned even once.
