budget hotel . very less stuff. rooms are clean . Rooms are spacious but the design may not suite for all. breakfast have limited option but freshly prepared south Indian dishes .

Room was ok. There was no toilet roll, it was a brick flooring rest interior was fine.

The best sheet provided were not properly cleaned and didn't look fresh so had to change the hotel next day. Though the location is great.

no toilet paper, the towel not that clean, the light in the shower is not working 😕

Hi, tv was not working, no intercom, no room service possible, just room is clean and neat to sleep, location is good, overall ok stay. Location google maps given for illam hospitality is wrong - google maps points correctly

Booking this hotel was a mistake as it is absolutely not value for money. many facilities were missing from the hotel. * No Mini Fridge was provided * No water heater (kettle) was present * No bathroom towels were given * There was no bucket or mug in the bathroom * WiFi was not present, had to rely on mobile data only * Set Top Box was not working, so TV was a useless box * The bedsheets were not cleaned, and one had stains * There was no chair or stool or table provided, so I had to keep my laptop and also eat on the bed itself * One of the wall-tables near the bed was removed * They charge more than the MRP - ₹50 for a ₹38 cold drink * I had to rely on Swiggy and Zomato to meet my daily needs this hotel was a waste of money. I will never live here again and would not recommend this to anyone.

It was a good stay and design of the hotel rooms is very good

the rooms were smelly, the bathrooms were dark and unlit and there was no such thing as room service. the breakfast was idly or eggs for the non-vegetarian, how sad was that.

We have stayed at many many hotels in India. What we totally love about Illam hotels was their rooms cleanliness and fast check-in process. Thanks a lot !!!

Good location in the heart of city. Room design, maintenance and facilities are average. Services average. Restaurant is good. Overall average hotel in good location.
