We went to Vaishno Devi as a family, had a pleasant stay in ‘The Royal Bhumesh’ hotel. Overall, our experience was good, hotel is appropriately located and the service was prompt and efficient. Hotel staff was courteous and willing to go extra mile to help. Food was average and hotel had all necessary amenities like Wi-Fi, room service etc.

Hotel and rooms were standard as per the rent paid. Amenities & staff services were excellent. One of the washrooms of family room # 201 had seepage and hygiene issues. Hotel management need to focus and work on the same.

Pathetic service. In my booking the cab service till balganga was free but they had timing of cab which was never informed. They don't give complimentary water bottles. The room wall was damp which caused smell in room, also the towels provided were not fully dry as per them becoz of rain the towels didn't dry pathetic service
