I went at the property with 2 of my friends after diwali celebration at our office, it was a prepaid confirmed booking, we reached there around 3:30 pm and at the hotel reception we were not allowed to checkin at the hotel as the receptionist said that they don't have rooms, we had to contact the mmt support and after an hour or so after talking to 3-4 people we were allowed to checkin by the receptionist. I don't know how he got rooms after we raised this concern. But as a customer, i would say that it very disgusting that we had to face such an issue even after having a prepaid booking from a renowned company like mmt, this broke my trust on the app and i might not be using it in future. On asking for compensation from mmt customer support, he said he can't help with that, that means customer is responsible for his experience after booking from mmt.
