They are in a dispute with Oyo because of which customers suffer. While I faced a problem with booked breakfast which was not their fault, they were completely uncooperative with the Oyo team when Oyo team offered suggestions to solve the problem. They even warned me that they will not allow check in if I pay online next time. Why will I ever go back after such a horrible treatment? This one's definitely not recommended for business travelers as their main focus seems to be on couples who are repeat customers. Faced multitude of other issues such as phone not working, ac not working, towels not kept, not enough channels on tv etc. For which I didn't even bother asking them for help after this experience. Horrible customer service.
