that jacuzzi is poorly functional , broken , and no hot water available. plates and cups are not properly cleaned

Very poorly managed hotel - looks nothing like the image. They didn't have bedsheets and towels because of which my check in was delayed by 2 hours, very dusty across the hotel. The property is not well maintained at all.

Poor Stay
The property is not maintained bedsheets were torn towels were smelly kettle broken we had to ask for everything basic like dental kit shower gel rooms had water seepage cieling were coming out this was our second visit will rethink visiting again

Poor Stay
there were no amenities in the room. No towels, no tissues nothing at all Room is no doubt very specious and asthetic. But they need to work on improving and keeping atleast some basic amenities in the room.

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE
Very rude staff and very low quality managing team. Rooms are unhygienic have rats and ants in the room, when asked to do something about it they have no solution. They have no staff at night only security guards and when the staff comes and u inform them they shout at you.

Terrible Stay
Rooms are in a very bad condition no toiletries even after asking multiple time. Bedsheet and blanket cover were used and dirty. Washroom is so smelly that you cant even go inside they have kept a freshener in the washroom which doesn’t works. I have shared few pictures of the property.

It was nice they gave small water bottles atleast give 1 liter water bottles to the person who is staying room is pretty small aa compared to price range, checkin time is 2:30 pm which is another drwaback as per me

poor experience
One of the Worst Hotel Experiences Ever – Avoid at All Costs! Absolutely disgusted with this place. From the moment we walked in, the room and washroom smelled awful. It was genuinely hard to breathe. Things only got worse: the flush didn’t work, which is completely unacceptable. The AC was broken, and in this heat, that made it impossible to sleep. We were sweating, uncomfortable, and beyond irritated. But the worst part? At 4 AM, when we were desperate for help, there was NO ONE at the reception. We tried calling, the reception but no one was there to answer the call. We were left completely on our own, in the middle of the night, dealing with problems that should never exist in a hotel in the first place. Absolutely zero accountability, zero service, and zero comfort. This place should not be in business.
