Mulberry farms is a lovely farmhouse with spacious rooms, amenities and a wonderful staff, who are perpetually smiling and are very helpful. the food was very good and they were able to prepare all the items we had asked them to. it's a highly recommended farmhouse to stay for a family get together or an event with lots of sports and recreational activities. but do have a suggestion for the property manager's - need to work on the maintainece of the property, the first floor rooms were leaking due to the rain...plus electricity and water supply is a major concern...also some minor repair work are needed in the washroom fittings. Overall, it was a beautiful experience with some minor hiccups, and I would recommend the property to friends and family.

The property is located in close proximity to delhi (80 min of drive) and has decent approach road. The property layout is good, good swimming pool, jacuzzi (additional cost and is not electrically heated, it takes 3 hours to heat through wood. The food was decent but had to caution the cook to make it less spicy aa the first meal that we had was very spicy. The staff was very helpful and overall stay experience was very good!
