Horrible staff people don’t allow any friends to visit more than 10 min or they will charge you 1500rs extra

Disappointing stay and hospitality...rooms are uncomfortable with old furniture..food is worst...staff seemed uninterested in helping and sometimes rude.... I have not had such and unorganised buffet till date in any stay.

Nice place to visit and enjoy village vibes ... really take me away from my robotic schedule...I really love my stay and also the food there. Awsm Experience!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely unprofessional, both in their behavior and language. From the moment I arrived, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of courtesy. Instead of being helpful or welcoming, the front desk staff came across as indifferent and even condescending at times. What was even more unacceptable was the tone and choice of words used by some staff members — completely inappropriate and not what one expects from a hospitality business. Basic manners and respect were clearly missing, which ruined the entire stay for me. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and respectful environment. Strongly suggest management take this feedback seriously and provide proper training to their team. Even though one person from the management itself was so money minded

stay was very pleasant and place was very beautiful and happening. Fully equipped with activities related to kids and adults both. The whole place is very green and rooms were made of mud and feel cool even in hot summer. The staff was very polite and friendly also supportive in any situation. The upper management even the Managing Director take the feedback of your stay so humble staff and happening place. Family type environment and enjoy with your whole family.

Wonderful gateway for staycation in NCR. Friendly staff and management. Best for kids,elders and pets as well.

Location is good but service and food were not upto the mark.. and above all They differentiate between guests via MMT and direct bookings..overall we were very disappointed..

The property rules are not conducive for guests to enjoy. The food was average tasting. There is a deposit of rs. 1000 for securing any game to play which is bizzare. The property will not let you play any games 30 minutes prior on the day of your checkout. Overall, i did not enjoy my stay.

I stayed during peak a summer weekend at surjivan resort. This is an amazing resort. Property is well maintained. Staff is very good, esp the property manager. Food is the best part of the stay. Although it was very hot during the day because i went to surjivan towards end of april. But it was surprisingly cool during the nights. The resort gives very positive vibes & is a good replica of a traditional rajasthan village. Best time to enjoy this place is winter.

Had a great time during the stay food was good ambience was good room size is also good. Staff was polite

There was no fee guest in the resort and and all of u it rooms were far from each others we were at first floor and that too in corner it was scary as reception was also so far from there so we request to shift our room to other guest but they did not understand our point so the experience was very bad i’ll never visit again

Surjivan resort experience is very different. It will give you a feel village home stay. Loved the experience of herbal organic farm walk where ashwin specially created interest in plants. Apart from this the staff is super polite. So if you are in delhi or nearby delhi please come to stay at this superb property at manesar.
