Review Of Happy O moonlight

I'm an old customer for happy hut. But every time i book or book through the hotel manager, after leaving for 1 day the hotel boys talk to me about extra hours staying money. I paid extra for extra time, but they ask me again for more money. They even told me that u have paid a sufficient amount of money for extra hours early but after spending one night they are again asking for money. Ac not working properly. Chair broken. Almera is not good

Unhygienic, not a hotel it was a flat.

We had a great time in happy hut. Well behaved host and staff. Neat and clean rooms.

they gave 2 bread 1 Egg in breakfast and I am a pure vegetarian I returned it they didn't have any vegetarian option nor they asked again. I went to talk to the reception about next day stay they didn't ready to talk about anything that much they were busy,we are sleeping at afternoon they are reparing bathroom's window 🪟 irritating noise when you are tired. in short they don't value their guests...

the worst stay i ever had. there was one staff only. he was drunk, incoperative. even tried to connect with manager, he too was not coperative. no water 💦 from the taps. very dirty bed sheets and pillow.very bad smell was coming out of it, i asked for change but, no response.

The accomodation was really nice and at a very competitive price in such a place. Its situated close to city centre so you don't need to be worried about shopping experience or anything related to travelling. You can also avail refreshments outside the place easily.

Room was on 3rd. Floor. We asked the caretaker to change the bedsheet as it was tore at some places. Chair provided in the room seemed to be old and dirty. Image shown in site was attractive but practically it was different. If these are changes then the stay will be fine. No images taken

A homestay i should recommend as a comfortable stay. Well maintained. Somehow well cleaned. Mainly the caretaker and the owner is well behaved.

The quality of property doesn’t match with what shown in pictures. The rooms are not hygenic. It was far below expectations

I enjoyed a lot just feeling home like during my stay at happy hut kolkata. I would love to stay again here. Kindly manage my discount for the upcoming journey

Bed sheet is very ugly na koi board na koi safai na kuch or sb gnda sa bhai agr koi ye ms g padhra hai nn to bhai 200 300 rupe jada fhuk lena pr us hotel m mt jana mne book kra mine dekh ke usko 3 ghnto m checkout kr diya agle din jana tha ghr usi din train m latak patak k chla gya itna mood off hogya

There is a very good environment and also room is well maintained by authorities person. But need more focus on bed sheets and kambal because bed sheet are not clean. .

The property is not clean at all. Accommodation facilities are very poor. I will never recommend anyone to stay there. However, the people are good and nice behaved.

It was nice staying as host are very friendly and cordial behavior provided home like comfort. Hygiene and safety are perfect.
