Terrible Stay

Horrible experience. 1) the hotel doesn't have proper sufficient stuff like towels, pillows etc. 2) in their washrooms there is always a scarcity of water. 3) dirty & used pillow, bedsheet cover & blanket they provide. 4) most importantly they ask for your keys to park your vehicle & they use it for their personal work which is not acceptable at all. 5) ac is not working properly. 6) when you book they will not entertain you & rooms are not available online & repeatedly ask to cancel online booking & pay cash.
