I came a day ahead in the hotel and the staff helped. Which showed their sincerity and helpful nature. I stayed 7 days there and my stay was great. Tah kyou very much for the stay and the booking your team gave.

The taps had no water! I reported to the receptionist but no response. Also the bedsheets had burn marks of cigarettes and the rooms were excess small. They had no management

First of all it was given to me after some miscommunication between my booked hotel and your app. Conditon of room was poor. Even the bedsheets were torn. Complimentary breakfast was also not given
