excellent and cmfrtable stay.well maintained...close proximity to all the locations...nice behaviour of the staff

in picture and in real it's not smae it's pathetic but staffs were good and behavior also very good but place is not good and according to price rooms are not good so we didn't even checked in but staff good

The location is good, the rooms are clean, and the staff's behaviour is good. Overall nice stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights. While the price was reasonable and the staff were cooperative and cordial, the room itself left much to be desired. The floor was dirty and partially wet, which was disappointing. The room felt congested, with the bed occupying nearly 90% of the space. Although the bathroom was tiny, it was thankfully clean. The room was quiet, which was a positive, but the sleeping experience was subpar. The bed mattress was made of two joined pieces, making it uncomfortable to sleep in the middle, and the pillow lacked proper support. Overall, an okay stay for the price, but there’s significant room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and comfort.

Nice hotel. It is located in the prime locations like business, metro station and markets. Staffs are very good. Rooms are very clean and neatly maintained. Staying very comfortable.

1. Grateful difficulty to find the palace, also mo response form property manger. Wasted one hour. So terrible to contact for address and location

Location is very challenging. Although it is located in a busy area, but to exactly find the hotel is difficult for a traveller.
