Room was good. Had an issue with the internal restaurant where I can't get a single cup of tea in time. The bathroom of the room was pathetic . No hit water . Shower case was missing . Post complain no resolution I had received

Modern furnished room with all basic amenities but bathroom was smelly and telsvision was not functional. Food and service was good. Staff was very helpful amd courteous

Location was very good and easy to locate, service was also very good and they are very nice, i am happy with their service and the room, clealiness, worth the money

Been there twice, the rooms are good there's a fan in the washroom of each room. A few things that they need to work on is their power backup, faced a power cut and had to wait for its return like for 30 mins which is intolerable since rooms don't have windows that can be easily accessible also it was raining heavily outside. Another thing is that since this is a beautiful hotel and the price is also good they should start installing smart tv's in every room.

Construction activity is ongoing at 1 a.m. Despite numerous requests, they laughed and disregarded. I departed directly for the airport and waited for my 5 a.m. departure. The served meal is terrible, and the staff is pathetic.

I don't stay there,I called them and tell them to reschedule my dates..but they didn't reschedule..and they told me that it is not there issue

its a new property, cozy rooms, the floor should have been wiped and cleaned. Location is good, food can be improved a bit. overl all it was a great stay.

This is a new hotel so it could not be located easily because of which the o la cab driver charged me rs 447 instead of rs 213 which was the price at the time of cab booking. Room was neat and clean although a bit small and the food was good. But the hot water did not flow to the shower and tap. Staffs were well mannered but a bit unprofessional.
