the property location was good we face 2-3 problems in washroom and the lights was flashing off 3-4 times in a day and bathroom bath had a major problem and leakage of water I saw a lot of good review about this hotel but face these minor things make me sad staff was good overall the should solve all these problems of rooms

My room was a bit on the smaller side, as expected, but it was incredibly tidy and arranged in a way that felt cosy and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and it provided a great place to rest after a long day. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay with excellent service.

The food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. Great location and peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays!

Lack food service availability,poor bath towel n bed sheet quality, lack of service assistance esp. during breakfast..

bedsheets have holes and pillows are very old and stinking .. not to be recommended to anyone staff behaviour is also terrible

The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff's behavior was exceptional. Truly great value for money. Royal Galaxy Hotels in Kolkata are undoubtedly among the best. I have stayed here multiple times, and each experience has been consistently excellent. Highly recommended!

Hotel staff are to lazy. If you order food or water via phone they will take soo much time to get it. Lazy staffs need to improve hotel management

Bad room service, they didn’t help at night get water

Rooms are very clean, Stayed here for 3 days and I am very happy with the services, hygiene and cleanliness of the hotel. The location is easily accessible and there is a beautiful park in front of the hotel. Local shops are there and few good cafes are nearby available too. Hotel Restaurant also serves delicious meals with a pocket friendly amount.

The room service was nice, even all the staff were polite . The bathroom was very spacious. Everything was quite good but I faced a little issue that when I was out there was no cleaning done in the room although there was not very much dirt but this thing can be improved.

The property is very good, and the locality of new town is very clean. Food tastes good but a little overpriced. The amenities were ok, the shower gel was empty, as i had stayed for only 1 day i didn't bother to ask for refilling. Service quality is good, staff behaviour was professional. The size of the room is a little small for my liking, though we cannot do much as they have already mentioned the room area in mm t portal.
