Very bad experience
The hotel door was not working staff was very bad in behaviour washroom was very unhygienic he have me drivers room so i just checkout in 1 hour

Poor Stay
No towel available, no proper staff available, ac filter is completely blocked. It is not working properly, no clean washroom, management is extremely poor. Not recommended at all

Hotel was clean and in a good area. It was quite and doesn’t had much noise. People wear nice. Food was also good. Food is available inside the hotel itself. Only thing is service person did not came for my 10 days day to clean the room. Hello

1. Room should be more clean, 2. Soap should be available in washroom 3. In breakfast only roti pratha sabji available with tea, not providing any other options for breakfast no eggs provided in breakfast.

It was a terrible stay with maintenance was on during stay duration. There were no electricity and need to go out for even charging of mobile. Worst part is not to update anything of this nature during checkin

Cozy place and privacy guaranteed
coupleTucked inside the hustle and bustle of the city this property is quite a nice place ( near tank no 8 salt lake city kolkata)if you want privacy comfort and convenience of going to near by salt lake office and business places.

The worst experience i ever had
Fab-express Shown a location at sector 2, salt lake but forced me to stay at newtown. They took my full payment in advance otherwise i could have arranged another hotel. I waited outside of the fab-express shivalaya for an hour. My 3 months old infant was extremely exhausted due to flight reschedule. Then they took me and my family to a new location 5 kms away from the place i booked. The guys are completely unprofessional. Very expensive food here but delivery after giving order is too much poor.

After some issues aftet first arriving, the manager when out of his way to make it up to us.
Absolute wonderful. You really feel like in heaven. Very very friendly, helpful people work there, had a lot of fun. Quiet.
