Super Hotel O Grand Eden Kolkata is running a scam by declining checkin even after confirmed booking

Very bad experience. Location of the hotel is very worse. I have prebook the hotel and they asked me extra 500 to pay if i want to live in the hotel .

Pocket friendly stay for 3 days. Staff was very friendly and helped out during the stay. Planning to stay again.

I was booked this hotel. I paid all amount. Then i reached to hotel they said you have to pay 210 extra amount actually they asked me 600 hundred. Total. This is the guy who asked me 600 hundred. And i managed to pay him 210

Hotel is in remote area. Amenities available is average. No refreshments available. Main gate locked. No response.

The stay at this place was pathetic and horrible. The floor was dirty. The corners of the room had stains of gutka, paan and spider web as well. The smell was also very bad. The toilet seat was dirty as hell. There were cigarette filters littered around the toilet. Only visit this place if you are a bachelor or travel-ling alone.

Very low quality maintenance, with very poor infrastructure what is shown is not there, washroom is not good boy cleaned

Very easy to find the location. Actual google map location is there. Environment is good, surrounding is very quite and sound friendly. Perfect place to stay quite in kolkata. Room is very very good. Wifi available, room service is decent. No hidden charge. Value for money for couples and family stay.

Services are not good. Drinking water facility was also not available. Even rooms are not clean and washrooms are also not good. Blankets and bedsheets that they are providing are also not good.

Spoilt bed sheet, washroom not clean. Tap not working, western toilet damaged. No toiletry, good thing about the stay is ac is working and the room were specious.

The staff here are awesome, everything was perfect and a great service and comfort.
