The Checkin was ok but water was dripping from the AC and the hotel couldn’t do anything about it. Apart from that the wifi doesn’t work at any of the floors.

Rooms are totally different from what you can see online , The rooms are small and not fit for 2 person The location is not on the road @ Basically it's not a hotel it's apparent which functions hotel @ food is okok but staff is okok

The stay was okay, not that great as expected, need to take care of the cleanliness. The staffs were cordial. But the bed linens were not clean, water logging was there in the bathroom. Toiletries were not been provided.

Room was decent for a solo or business travel. 10 min Walking distance from Newtown busstand. Wifi was not working in morning but started working by evening. Staff was friendly and suggested room change after I complained about wifi. Food also is available if needed. Normal water was given instead of mineral water, and there was powercut in the morning, overall decent stay.

Location was good, pretty close to the Newtown bus station. Room was nice and clean ,so no problem there. Working wifi and TV,great.The only downside was the food, expensive and not good enough,hence the rating of 4.
