Overall the experience was good except for the entrance. The staff was also good, for me the food was good but just a little oily.

Staff is good, but for towels, tea coffee, water, have to remind/ask every time. Electric panel of air conditioner broken, but cold not be set right during 3 days stay, don't provide morning newspaper, although charges around per day, rug/blancket was terrible, very heavy, can't bear using, have to use only white sheet for night, it seems main strategy is to save money by all means, reception staff not at reception from 10 pm to 9 am. Main gate closed around 10 pm, if guest comes afterwards have to shout to wake up staff sleeping inside or phone someone to open. Stayed here only because it was near to my place of work, that's it

We checked in at 2am in the morning, 1st no one to open the gate, called on number, than after 20 mins someone comes, staff drunk, when we entered room, dirty linen, dirty blanket, fan not working, no tv, when we asked wht is this, they said hotel is full, please adjust, next morning water not coming, we won't to work without taking, we had booked the hotel for 2 days but had to check out in 1 day, called mm t for refund, they are still processing.

I was greeted the moment i stepped in. The reception was good and arranged a clean room with tea and hot water arrangements. The dinner served was hot and tasty. Overall had a good experience.

A boutique hotel with comfy rooms at reasonable price point. Food from the kitchen was good. The telephone was out of order so reaching for service was difficult. Had to call on mobile and was not promptly answered. The electric kettle bore a foul smell from unuse or lack of cleaning. Check in and check out process was smooth. Overall a decent hotel at garden reach area where accomodation is scarce

Location is quite remote and night connectivity is only via taxi, doesn’t look like hotel from outside, bedsheet was dirty and blankets were not at all clean and hygienic. Service was okay. Makemytrip is fooling around to make you stay there, worth only 500 rs hotel

The stay at the hotel was average, the bedsheets were not clean enough, the room was having a sort off unwanted pungent smell, the bathroom didn't had a body soap and the food was not as good as expected!

It's expansive if we compare the facilities provided. Property is old. Refrigerator did not work. Whole night ac was giving terrible sound with water leakage from ac. Staff was good and polite. Overall it's an average affair.
