Hotel Complaint Summary
When I visited, the hotel was closed, and I had to call multiple times to get the gate opened.
During the first conversation, they denied having received any booking from my side. Later, they asked me to cancel the booking, stating that no rooms were available, and suggested I book offline instead.
They also refused to provide complimentary items such as a water bottle and toothpaste.
Additionally, the property did not have a visible nameboard or hoarding.
When I ordered sanitary pads for my partner via Zepto, I found that the hotel staff had opened the parcel to check its contents, which is a serious privacy concern.
In the evening, when we went out to explore the local area, the manager called and asked us to return the room keys, claiming we had told him we’d check out by evening — which was never the case.
Later, when we returned to the hotel, we found that someone was trying to open our room door while we were inside. No one rang the bell, and when I shouted, “Who’s outside?”, the person immediately stopped.
The next day, the manager questioned the purpose of our visit and asked several unnecessary and inappropriate questions, which made us very uncomfortable.
