Most Worst Experience:
The primary member had their Aadhaar card, but the secondary member was carrying only a soft copy. While I completely respect the rules, I simply requested if they could allow us. They denied the request, which was acceptable. However, what really bothered me was that they started discussing among themselves how careless people are to forget their Aadhaar card — that felt disrespectful.
In almost every hotel, lifts are available for guests, but in this hotel, only employees were using the lift. When I asked about it, they said it wasn’t working, yet I saw them using it multiple times.
The rooms were unhygienic and full of cockroaches. Moreover, the staff did not show proper hospitality or any welcoming gesture toward guests.
Please avoid collaborating with such hotels where guest experience is not a priority. I booked this hotel through MMT and would like to claim a concession for this unpleasant experience.
