Behaviour of front desk staff was totally unsatisfactory , 17-18 years young boys at reception without knowledge of customer handling, Hygiene is main concern, Breakfast quality also poor and onetime surve basis if you need even tea it will be chargeable basis , Allover very poor experience

No cleanliness, cockroaches all over the place everything is out of control (no remote for ac, no regulator for fan and tap was regularly lekeage)

Excellent Stay
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this property. The transportation was also super easy because of the location. Hardly took me 5-10 minutes to reach the main attractions in the city.

Pathetic Experience
The hotel name is not same as mentioned. So quite confusing to arrive using taxi. Its disturbing for visitors. The mug & bucket were too pathetic. Fan was not cleaned for years. No hot water. Towels were too dirty to use.

The room and wash room are not cleaned properly and also they claimed that room as delux which is not at per in any angle.

Peaceful Stay
I had a pleasant stay at FabHotel Saltlake Palace. The location is quite convenient, especially being so close to Anandlok Hospital and other key spots in Salt Lake. Poor Stay
cleanliness: room was good, blankets were used and seems not washed after prior use. bathroom: it was clean, so this is good. water: 😁 they don't offer you complimentary water. when I asked for water they gave me 1 bottle ( for two people). during checkout I had to pay for it 😒. while I asked " ro ka water hi dear deta. their answer was " idhar nahi dete hum log".
