Behaviour of front desk staff was totally unsatisfactory , 17-18 years young boys at reception without knowledge of customer handling, Hygiene is main concern, Breakfast quality also poor and onetime surve basis if you need even tea it will be chargeable basis , Allover very poor experience

Pathetic Experience

The hotel name is not same as mentioned. So quite confusing to arrive using taxi. Its disturbing for visitors. The mug & bucket were too pathetic. Fan was not cleaned for years. No hot water. Towels were too dirty to use.

I had an amazing experience at this budget hotel. The room was simple but very clean, with all the essential amenities. cleanliness: room was good, blankets were used and seems not washed after prior use. bathroom: it was clean, so this is good. water: 😁 they don't offer you complimentary water. when I asked for water they gave me 1 bottle ( for two people). during checkout I had to pay for it 😒. while I asked " ro ka water hi dear deta. their answer was " idhar nahi dete hum log".
