room,room area, bed nothing matches with the pictures. no wifi range on 3rd floor, bedsheet is full of cigarette holes, no cleanliness in room or washroom, no ventilation in washroom, light gone n no backup generator, he said no visitors allowed not even for 5 mins to check the room condition with us.boy at night very arrogant, tv is broken, as someone punched they deserve it.they have fake windows in front , dirty room, found mosquito, spider net, cockroach in room , but no cupboard , i hv seen better cleanliness in hotels in small town with 300 a night room, its winter so don't know about ac

Property as shown in add is very different, hygiene is very poor. Poor maintenance of bathroom hand shower( rusted and was leaking) corridor was full of water leaking from the ac. Chances of slipping were more. Over all its waste of money.

Very bad experience. First of all the behavior of the receptionist are very rude including the housekeeping staffs. You have to ask every time to clean the room they don't have any responsibility. And most important the rooms are not as shown in the images. Foods are extremely highly costly. They don't provide you to pour water in bottle if needed sometimes. Overall very painful experience. The receptionist thinks as if he is only the literate one in this world and rest who comes here to stay are illiterate. Before booking think once.
