The boy at reception was not humble and amiable. And the bedsheet was not cleaned the towel was old just like a rag

For a single occupant room given was very small, once you enter the room you either go on bed or washroom, hardly any space to even stand. Sheets were not clean, no cupboard, no hanger, no holders.

Location wise we have faced quite problem due to Google Jii. Or else location is superb for visiting Kolkata. Service was very good. We have taken dinner also it was tasty as well as affordable. We have taken parcel during check out. Thanks to Uttam Chain a (receptionist) from Odisha.

Food ok clean rooms since it's near fish market morning 3.30 onwards nice. Old refurbished room the photos didn't match with the actual, no cable connection.

Hotel location was not properly provided to Google Maps, had difficulty to locate it. There was no hoarding and bord of hotel. Room was clean and neat but very small room.

The room was so small. I was unable to stand even for dress up. Even the address mention was wrong. CZ 31 metropolitan to cooperative housing is the correct address. They give me wrong address. It took 2 hours to search/reach the hotel. The property is new. Nobody know that it is a hotel/guest.

I had booked single room, which is very congested, there is no cupboard, no table and nothing where I can keep my luggage and there is also no space for having food, everything you have to do on the bed. Terrible
