Terrible property. Has absolutely no amenities which are mentioned. It's unhygienic. Poorly maintained. AC only gets turned on but doesn't actually cool the room. Bestshits had stains. Horrible experience. Worst property.

Stayed for 3 nights and had a pleasant experience. Very convenient location in fabhotel lakeview topsia . The room was spacious, clean with necessary amenities. High speed wifi connectivity. The hotel has an very beautiful view The service staff is courteous and efficient. All in all a good experience.

Cockroaches

Cockroaches were all over the place in the washroom and on the side tables. It was a one night stay and so did not bother telling them. In their defense, I have stayed at the the same hotel twice before and did not find any cockroaches before.

It's Not A Hotel It's A Brote - FAB HOTEL De-flag it

They don't run a hotel, stay away stay safe. They have night club on 5th floor and 6th Floor called ARIES, totally CROWD, as they call it in their local language, you will find you d kids coming out of that club or pub what they call it. Wired looking. Absolutely look like a PICKUP JOINT and I am surprised the local government machinery is silent and doing nothing. Anyways somehow I had managed to spend one night and immediately had to write a mail to FAB Hotels to change my hotel to other FAB hotel which was much better. The receptionist turned aggressive, warning me in a threatening tone, “This is Kolkata, you can do whatever you want. Jo ukhaadna hai ukhaad lo, koi farak nahi padta.” This kind is beyond disgraceful, especially in the hospitality industry. Shocking. Unprofessional. Unsafe. If this is the level of service and behavior FAB allows under its brand name, it seriously raises concerns about the quality control and accountability within their network. Pathetic service, when I entered in the I was supposed to see that before me the cockroach were roaming in room like garden. In dinner there service plates were very dirty and there is insects in food. We complained to hotel about that and cancel our meal plan, they sad speck to the agent.
