Location is a problem with no nearby vegetarian restaurant, cleanliness is just okay, mosquito issues, exhaust in the bathroom was not working. Pillow covers and blanket covers were not cleaned, the smell of cigarettes in the room. No reply ?

Super comfortable this was my third trip to kolkatta but this time i was shocked with my last moment booking. I booked aqua tulip in just cheap rates didn’t expected anything in return. But i was shocked with the hospitality of this hotel. I was on my official trip and alone. Being single & female i was bit worried about the safety and was not comfortable. But these shown the values of real respect towards the women safety and hospitality during stay. I was ill they get me medicines in mid night. Ordered milk & the best tea. Staff is super polite you will be amazed with the cleaning ness and view from room. I was in their executive room and it feels like stay in the five star hotel. I am super happy with this hotel and i will strongly recommed this. They can help you out of the way. I got early checkin after request, everything was super quick and easy. Very nice hotel

Request for refund - check-in issue and fraud by hotel

Unfortunately, we encountered an issue during our check-in, as the hotel was unable to provide us with the room we had originally booked, which was supposed to be a spacious 160 square feet, due to this, we focused on not checking in and leaving the hotel. The experience was quite disappointing, especially given the circumstances with the hotel staff. I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room conditions were far from satisfactory — they were poorly maintained, unclean, and did not match the booking specifications. Terrible MMT Support and Hotel dealing.

I did not even check in the hotel. the entrance and reception were smelly . room I asked to check and had soiled bedsheets. Hotel did not allow to click pics of room . i clicked of reception and entrance. Not safe and hygenic. MMT writes MYbiz assured. never stay here.
