It’s very bad experience because they don’t have time values there is check-in time 12 but they hold on reception area 40 mints then then give a kru or inter 12;45 same there is 2 more guest is waiting for check in and MMT customer service is not received my call when I raise a complaint it’s very bad experience

After that, after cleaning the room, you got the best room at 12 o'clock. during our stay, the first room we were given had a leaking ceiling. it started raining and the entire mattress got soaked, along with our clothes. after complaining, we were moved to another room — but that was full of mosquitoes. so many, it was impossible to sleep properly. overall, it was a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience. we sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the conditions for future guests..

The room quality is really very bad 1. The first room they showed us the door didn't close, the toilet was dirty and the furniture was broken. 2. They offered us a different room in which the towel, bed sheet, blanket was dirty, the staff changed it and there was a big hole in the bathroom with stuffed tissue paper in it, we didn't use the toilet as we were afraid that it would leak 3. The room walls need repair as it were wet and dirty 4. The facilities like bathtub, separate shower area is not there at all

I have never experienced such a n unhygienic hotel, there was no electricity and no backup as well. I had to switch to another hotel immediately.

Horrible Hote
Very bad experience, they did not have power back up. Had to check out in between my stay. Rude staff to the extent that they I think purposely wanted the guests to leave the Hotel. The actual room cleanliness is no where near the photos displayed. the bedsheets were torn and even the pillow covers bedsheets and quilts were yellowish.

Worst experience in a Hotel
It was a confirmed booking but got the room in great difficulty. Rooms were not ready though we entered late evening. Staff behavior was rude and not at all supportive. They gave us the Rooms with the attitude as if they did charity to us. It was a horrible stay in the Hotel Elgin, Kolkata

The linen was dirty, room was soggy with black fungus on the wall Room service is horrible, they don’t provide breakfast, it comes from 3rd party vendor. Will never ever recommend anyone nor I will stay myself.
