Food quality was very poor and unhealthy,wash room was not clean, TV in the room was not working

Dirty linen dirty room & bathroom. There no canteen facility to share about. You an not expect even a cup of tea in the morning. overall very bad experience.

No cleanliness’s for the property. Room was not clean. Washroom was like they have never cleaned it for decades. Full of garbage and the washroom floor was full of dirt. Please never choose this hotel. Teribble experience

Room was complete disaster with cockroaches crawling on the bed. Pillows were dirty and covers were not channo water in the bathroom. Corridor was littered with all kind of waste like food, liquor bottles, and condom packets.

It was in a good natural location. Room was good. Everything was awesome. I loved it. Price friendly and comfortable. The mirror in the room was nice. The bathroom was avarage. That's all

No food served

I booked it for my parents. At the time of check-in he asked for extra money around 1200 extra. Said you booked at low tariff you have to pay or cancel it. Staff is bery rude. Also not providing receipts for extra pay. Rooms are also very average. Rooms are ok but washrooms are pathetic.

Ok. This time my kolkotta staying is very bad hotels are not good and staff are not co operative.

1) they asked me to pay extra while checkin. Also denied to provide receipt for that. 2) no cleanliness at all. Dirty room, bedsheets, blanket. Dirty washroom. 3) worst food. Utensils were dirty. 4) unprofessional staff. 5) i don't find a single positive point except it is near to the airport.

Ok stay. Nothing great. Some things could be fixed like the toilet

Our stay was splendid. We enjoyed to the fullest and treated very well by the hotel staff. The ambience was good too.

Not properly clean, Food price is very high, room service is good, ac not working,tv not richarged, I have also paid for breakfast but it was only breadomlet, overall the stay is average.

Behavior of staff is very good

1. The bedsheets and bedcovers were not clean. When we asked the authorities to change, they initially denied our request but when we argued they changed the pillow only. 2. Window panel of bathroom was broken. But the staff's behaviour was good and the location was also good.
