Excellent, services are good, good location clean rooms, AC are good, near tostket place

First of all No Wi-Fi (they intentionally put the Wi-Fi benefit on this app) ,unskilled, bad mannered staffs, tried to hide their own mistakes, middle class attitude , as if I am staying in a Dhaba /Dharmsala, very rude attitude . Try to avoid. (only looks good from outside.)

Locationwise, it is excellent. Service also quite good but of late the management seems to have reduced staff resulting shortage. But morning tea/coffee has been stopped which causes lot if difference as one has to go outside tea stalls for a cup of tea/coffee

Room size and cleanliness were okay for us, and staff were decent. But food was overpriced and room service phone rarely worked—I had to go myself to get water. Bathroom privacy also needs improvement. Otherwise, the stay was manageable.

Good at affordable price staff are also really sweet stayed twice because of very good service.im giving 5 star especially because of the staff who take care of our baggage’s and all .Recommended

Had an unpleasant experience this time as hot water tap was not functioning despite repeated reminders, handing over room keys to reception while going out, to facilitate repair and also rude behaviour of one official

worst hotel ever. don't book. I ordered a chicken thalli there for ₹230. instead they brought me basmati rice with chicken curry and charged me with ₹450.. never visit

The room quite good. There no plug point near to the bed. The hostel just few km away from airport. There a mall near by the hotel where you get food and even the room boy also help you to get the food. They are so kind. People are so good.
