Terrible Stay

No amenities are provided by the hotel. Not even shaving cream, no kettle, no tea coffee, nothing. Not recommended. I will give zero out of 10. The worst hotel I have stayed in my life. I spoke to one lady regarding my problem, her behavior was very rude. I am a frequent visitor of Kolkata. First time stayed in such a poor hotel. Staff Prakash is a good guy. Thanks.

The hotel is too bad. They are doing fraud and illegal activities, there is no sign board on the hotel, rooms are very bad and beds are having blood stains and other stains. I have booked room including breakfast but they are not provided. Total fraud is going on please block this hotel immediately. Thank you

Yes, it was not a hotel, they call it as guesthouse. There is no caption board, there is no reception nothing at all, it was a room that used to share by few. I kindly request make my trip to look into this issue. I have reached kolkata at around 11 pm in the night from hyderabad and i was shocked to know that this was not a hotel.

Property location was very nice food also nice hygiene & safety standards are very good and staff service and behaviour is very familiar and comfortable stay and happy time i spend here thanku.
