Worst hotel experience ever.

I have never experienced such a poor quality hospitality and hotel service. The bathroom was too tiny to fit in and the washbasin is so small you can’t wash you face without spilling water all over. No standard staff. Too poor hygiene. All the bedsheets, blankets and pillows were extremely dirty and stinking. They reuse the Bisleri bottles for water. They’ve mentioned on MMT that breakfast is provided, however at the hotel they will tell you that there’s no such thing.

Just now I checked out from this beautiful hotel. I stayed four nights five days in this hotel with my family and it was such a pleasurable stay. Every section was excellent starting from all staff behaviour cleanliness house keeping food and service. If I ever come again will definitely chose my stay again here.

Service is horrible, there was no mineral water given to us no plates. There was limited food options in their menu. The hotel is very u hygiene. At the time of check in the washroom was already used by someone. Not a good place to choose. All three days Room cleaning was done.
