The room was not big enough as shown in photos. Also it was dirty, the jet spray was not working properly, shower was leak. There was cockroaches. Not so satisfying stay. I stayed there because i paid in advance otherwise i would have gone out the next day.

Location was good , breakfast was very very worst, amenities TV not working , washroom water Lickage , mosquitos , services was ok type

The property is really good as far as price is concerned. The rooms, amenities and location, everything was good. The staff is well trained and made sure we did not face any problem. Good experience overall.

Clean, Spacious, totally worth the money
I found this property on MMT. I booked the family room for 2 nights. The room was in good condition, very clean, washroom was hygienic. Receptionist Mr. Sandeep Kumar Yadav was very helpful, polite and humble to me. Totally a good option in the Salt Lake, Sector V area.

At the reception monirul is diligent with his duties and also one more staff member i could not remember his name but they made me feel at home, during my stay there for assisting and resolving the query.

Basic amenities should be provided.
Mirror was not available in wash room, which is a basic basic amenity and wash room area is too small.

Terrible Stay
soloThe experience was horrible. No one is helpful in this hotel. Rooms are good enough. No toilet soap, shampoo. Even early morning no one there to open the gate. After waiting 30 minutes one staff opened the door.

My stay with fab hotel S residency- Amazing experience
Very nice stay with helpful staff and good wifi connection . Safety was great…. No in-house kitchen but food delivery allowed. Would visit again

The rooms where not clean, amenities was not there, even the toothpaste was not available in the room. Not worth the money i paid
