    I room was smelling very bad. Also bed sheet me pillow cover was smelling horrible. We expected that the ferns has good service and room. The breakfast was also pathetic. No options to eat the breakfast and the lunch was tasteless. Overall experience was very bad.

    Ihad a disappointing stay at this hotel. 1. The food was tasteless and not delicious. 2. The quality and quantity of services did not match the cost. 3. The bathroom shower was poorly placed and inconvenient to use. 4. I reported these issues in the morning, but no one resolved them even by night. I booked a king-size bed room, but they provided a twin-bed room instead. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend this hotel.

    Room not so spacious....wash room needs more ventilation (exhaust not working). Door smart key is very annoying, create problem always (need renovation). Restaurant people not welcoming .     The Hotel Location is perfect, the parking space is great the rooms are clean and well lit. Along with the people from the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast buffet was very well spread and the food was good as well.

    Food quality and test horrible. I have booked with dinner and breakfast. Their buffet have some dishes, but whenever I visit their restaurant that was full of guest, restaurant asked me to go room, they will sent food to my room, when I receive that food that was only rice dal and main course.
