Room is dirty, AC not working, TV not working, no land line Totally disgusting hotels. Totals worst of my money

Great experience. It was great. Loved to stay herez would recommend to visit here once again in the near future

The room was really good. So was the bathroom. But the bedsheets and covers were torn in places. So was the sofa outside. The reception desk was really good. Checking in was a breeze. Good behaviour. But for toiletries like soap and shampoo I had to ask, and even then for two boarders they gave one each. I'm sure they would give more if I had asked. But it's the things one gets unasked that impress. Over all it's a thrift hotel. I will recommend it to budget travelers.

Room was small in size. Bedsheets, towel everything was dirty. didn't like the service at all. The staff didn't provide enough accessories.

Filthy rooms bedsheet pillow covers and blankets also room washrooms are not cleaned without any proper service hotel staffs asked for extra tips ac was not working bed is also not comfortable for sleep too many mosquitos can't be able to sleep.

Everything was well-organized, from housekeeping to room service, ensuring a smooth stay.

It was very nice stay. staff were very nice. no disturb during stay.All staff were cooperative. location is near to viswa bangla gate. 1km walking distance from wishwa bangla gate. you can reach wishwa bangla gate from bus from all location almost. salt lake sector 5 metro station is very near to this place.you can take bus from wipro for biswa bangla gate. Wipro is walking distance from salt lake sector 5 metro. bus will take 25 min from wipro bus stand to wiswa bangla gate. hotel provide breakfast in morning 60rs per plate. lift service is available. Ac was working. cleaning was fine. rooms and bathroom were excellent. we reached there around 8am in morning and they allowed so much early check in. excellent stay. i recommend from my side. very nice stay.

My stay at the hotel was okay, but there were a few things that could have been better. The location was convenient, and the staff were generally polite and helpful. The room was clean, but it felt a bit outdated and lacked some of the modern amenities i was hoping for. The bed was reasonably comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too firm for my liking. Breakfast was included, which was nice, but the selection was limited, and the food quality was average at best. The noise from the hallway was occasionally bothersome, especially in the evenings. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t outstanding either. A decent option for a short stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
