Location - All right. Facilities - Average. Food quality - Good.

location excellent, room comfortable, value for money. Very polite and helpful staff. food available, also many eateries nearby. avoid Durga Puja time the streets can get congested.

Property's are really very very good. and outstanding services. Stuff behaviour also very very nice.

Room is not so clean. They charge for mineral water bottle whereas we will get two bottles daily free. They took extra money for food. The bill they gave is different from the charge in their menu card. So who ever visit check properly before paying. I Room is not so clean. The Hotel is very close to Gariahat junction, the room is tidy but laundry needs to improve . we booked the same from make my trip

It was awful!!! The A.C was not working at all at hotel consulate...the food was very bad...At the dovers inn,there was no lift.. the rooms were of disgusting quality...so bad that we had to change it...then at hotel consulate,due to their irresistibly worse quality of food,AC,staff's behavior,our stay became awful

The experience was very good staying at Dover in the rooms can be slightly cleaner, but it's perfect for a quick stay back, and the food is very good. So anybody quickly going there and staying there with a good food. Definitely can stay there. I will go back. Thank you.

I stayed in Drover Inn for 5 nights. I did late checkin so my B'fast was missed which was not served later also. The towels are not very clean and I have to use my own towel. There is only RO water available on metal Jugs and if u ask for distilled they charge ₹30/- per bottle where as the MRP is ₹20/- The tea & coffee are machine made. In the hotel menu Aallu Paratha is mentioned for B'fast however it is never available. The TV & Remotes are just existing and just in the last face before expiry. Only advantage of this hotel is the location.

Room was decent, room service was also satisfactory. Hotel staff were also very much cordial. But the food of the hotel was not at all good. It was very rich, spicy and unhealthy.

Disgusting property, very unhygienic, smell of cigarette smoke in the room. The room boy was behaving as if he doing favour on me and making me open the door. Would never recommend this property to anyone.

Location and facilities were good and above that is cleanliness... Good experience. Further, hasselfree issuance of tax invoice was pretty impressive both soft copy and hard copy from the hotel.

It was an average experience. Staff Behaviour is good but service poor. We wait 1.5 Hours for Breakfast. Location is good but need a lot improvement as compared to price they charged.

Location: excellent. Food: ok. Amenities: nothing to highlight. Service: excellent. All the staff were very very good - polite, helpful, always smiling. The main asset of this property is the staff. Rooms and amenities r not that great. The location and the staff stands out.
