but I lived non ac room
I booked AC room but hotel staff refused and give me a non ac room. hotel staff said that if I pay extra 300 for ac room. behavior is also bad..

Not like hotel
The room are to dirty, no facilites like, hot water, tv, untrained dtaff, the know nothing

At 11:30 go to property, a cold welcom was there, go to room and found bed was used by some one, dirty bathroom, full dustbin, no facilities of food, hygiene no way, safety standards is ok, i spent one night without sleep

Hotel management
Hotel was not hygiene, staff also not aware about to hygiene, house keeping was not good, bathroom cleaning and hot water boiler was not mounted. Also no facility of breakfast. Totally i m not satisfied to hotel and hotel service. This hotel was not eligible to get 3 or 4 star. Breakfast was not available.

As a solo traveler the stay was good and the staffs were very helpful. I strongly recommend other travelers for stay.

Awesome year
We were allowed even at 2 o'clock which was due to delay in our flight. But the hotel staff made our stay super good. They were so professional and did their part so good. Would love to visit again
