It's a very bad experience. They will not accept and ask you for an extra amount. I

Need to escalate there is an extra amount asked by property take i called the customer too but she told me he already escalated to the team. He will be called back but no luck

My experience i am not happy. But he was so close. I have different types of ways. T hare are my experience is very poor.

The hotel was not what was shown in the photo. The receptionist asked for extra money when we tried to check in. The rooms were very filthy and i looked for another hotel.

The hotel/ property owner conned us by placing a different room at our disposal than the one that we booked. The room that was provided was no bigger than the side upper berth of a railway coach. I had to pay them an extra amount to relocate into a different room. Noted: this property is definitely not a family friendly place.

i am staying that place that is worst experience not good food not good management and also room is dirty I recommend everyone don't book
