Poor Stay
Dear, mmt team, do not write "guaranteed late check-out " if it is not guaranteed, i had to pay 50% of my booking amount for stay for 1 n half hour extra, about the hotel, in prime location that's the only thing good about it, breakfast was booked but they didn't provide when asked the guy said you can order from outside. No kettle in room as shown in website, bedsheets were dirty, towel was cleaned but not in good condition, no toiletry provided other than hand soap.

Average Stay
We booked 5 rooms, including 3 deluxe ones, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. The rooms were extremely unhygienic—infested with ants and stained with pigeon droppings and pan spits. There was absolutely nothing "deluxe" about them. Very disappointing. Even after highlighting the problems, helpers dint do anything about it. Not recommended.

I didn't get any amenities they didn't give me towel also the room was very dirty bedsheet are staind blanket is very bed condition only lobby is good accept loby nothing is good if you want to go then search for different hotels

Room was just ok , but not upto the mark. Location was ok but hard to find the reception since it was on the 7th floor n the instructions on the board was to too small to read.Rest staff was good & polite.

Good friendly staff and near to my work place. I booked hotel as it is near to MMD. Getting transport also is easier from this place.

Stayed for 3 nights and had a pleasant experience. Very convenient location in fabhotel New kolkata residency . The room was spacious, clean with necessary amenities. High speed wifi connectivity. The hotel has an in-house kitchen, although I didn't have meals during my stay. The service staff is courteous and efficient. All in all a good experience

Had an amazing stay at this budget hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. The location was ideal for exploring the city’s sights and shopping areas. The hotel provided everything I needed at a great price. Excellent value for money.

I stayed at fabhotel the hasting club for a solo weekend trip and it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet — just what I needed to unwind. Overall, a very pleasant stay at fabhotel the hasting club . The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The service was friendly and prompt. The only downside was the Wi-Fi being a bit slow at times. Still, for the price and location, it's an excellent choice. Would stay again
